My name is Maria Tsiampali. I was born and raised in Ano Toumba Thessaloniki.
I graduated from the 27th General Lyceum of Ano Toumba and through the Pan-Hellenic examinations I started my studies as a Medical Laboratories Technologist at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. I received my degree in 2014 with a grade "Very Good" after a 6-month internship at Agios Dimitrios General Hospital of Thessaloniki.
Immediately after and for the next 2 years, I started working in the field of health and specifically in a private dental clinic in Pefka, Thessaloniki. My work at the dental practice enabled me to get in touch with oral health and hygiene and promote it and gain experience as a dental assistant.
This experience also secured me my work at the periodontology and implant clinic of Chrysa Giota after my move to Chalkida in 2017. Within my duties is assisting in surgeries and giving oral hygiene instructions to dental patients. My very favorite though task, is drawing blood from our patients in order to create PRF and effectively stimulate tissue regeneration in our surgeries. My 6-month practice in phlebotomy at Agios Dimitrios General Hospital has equipped me with handling skills, speed and painless blood intake.
Completing my work at the dental office, another full-time job is waiting for me at home as I am the wife and mother of a little boy. Motherhood makes me stronger and at the same time more compassionate two elements necessary for health practitioners.

My name is Despina Haina. I was born in Marousi of Attica and grew up in small beautiful town by the sea called Eretria in the island of Evia.
My interest in caring for others led me to Ioannina where, through the process of the very competitive Panhellenic Examinations, I was accepted to the Department of Nursing at the University of Ioannina, where I studied for 4 years and then graduated after a six-month internship at the GP of Ioannina with a very good grade.
Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων όπου φοίτησα για 4 χρόνια και μετά από εξάμηνη πρακτική στο Γ.Π.Ν Ιωαννίνων πήρα το πτυχίο μου με βαθμό «λίαν καλώς».
After obtaining my degree, I started my career in a private dental office in Amarynthos of Evia. There I realized my interest in the specific field which gave me the motivation to develop even more.
This first working experience was actually my ticket to get hired in the periodontology and implants practice of Dr. Chrysa Giota in the fall of 2022. One of my daily responsibilities at the dental clinic, is instructing oral hygiene to patients and also assisting in all the treatments provided by the practice. What I consider though to be one of the most interesting and important tasks in my workplace, is the blood drawing we do before most of our surgical interventions, in order to boost up the regenerative potential on behalf of our patients.
At the end of the day, I go home satisfied as I feel I am in a position that has perfectly matched my professional goals and expectations.
