I do not have beautiful teeth ... How can I accept and at the same time improve the image of my teeth?
1) Recognize and accept the problems of your teeth
We refer to your admission that there is a problem, big or small and on the other hand, in the dental examination that can reveal problems that may not be visible to the naked eye, especially by a non-specialist. It is important as a first step to recognize what issues your teeth may have for example: impacted third molars, crooked teeth, yellow spots on their surface, gingivitis, mobile teeth so on.
2) Do not get carried away at "advertisments"
If the "I do not have nice teeth" that you claim is based on the fact that you do not have the white teeth of the "celebrities" of television, it is about time you change your way of thinking. It is not and should not be your goal to crown all your teeth, unless there is a medical reason for that. To have your teeth bleached and aligned in a perfect straight line, just to make them look like the teeth of a '' famous " star you saw on tv, it is not what you should be looking for and trust me it is not even good looking. Natural teeth, natural dentures, natural smile are by far the best.
3) Products to brush your teeth
The toothbrush should be changed every 3 months or when you see the bristles go out of their way. Always use a soft or at least medium toothbrush, with a small head and straight bristles. When it comes to toothpaste, a fluoride one is always a safe choice and a small amount is usually sufficient. In some cases your dentist may suggest that you use a specific toothpaste. And the most important is not to forget to use dental floss or interdental brush every single day!!!
